Turkey & Mushroom Meatloaf Patties

Rachael Ray's 30 Minute Meals Comfort Food
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons olive oil
8 cremini mushrooms, chopped
8 shiitake mushrooms, chopped
1 shallot, chopped
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
1 1/3 lbs ground turkey
3 -4 sprigs fresh sage, chopped (about 2 tablespoons)
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup italian seasoned breadcrumbs
1 egg, beaten
Directions:
1. Heat a non-stick skillet over med-hi heat. Add 2 tablespoons olive oil, then chopped mushrooms & shallots & season with salt & pepper. Saute 5 or 6 minutes, until dark & tender. Remove from heat, transfer to a bowl.
2. Place turkey in a mixing bowl. Make a well in the center of the meat. Add remaining ingredients & mushroom/shallot saute. Mix together.
3. Form into oval patties, 1 inch thick.
4. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil over med-hi heat in pan, add patties & cook 6 minutes on each side.
