Turkey Meatballs, Italian Style

Pan fried, italian style turkey meatballs. Eat alone or with pasta and tomato sauce. Makes approximately 8 meatballs, 2 oz. each. One Serving = 1 Meatball = 2 oz.
Ingredients:
1 lb. (foster farms) fresh ground turkey - lean
1 egg, large
1/4 cup (progresso) bread crumbs, plain
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 teaspoon basil, dry
1 tablespoon oregano, dry
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon olive oil (in pan)
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
2. Form into meatballs.
3. Pan fry meatballs in olive oil on low flame, turning until brown on all sides. Cook covered on low flame for approximately 30 minutes, depending on size.
