Turkey Meatballs(4!!!)- Low Fat; High Protein--Delish!

Atkins Friendly but VERY Tasty! USE the leanest ground turkey you can find....the recipe uses 99% FF turkey breast.
Ingredients:
1 1/4 lb. turkey breast, ground
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 yellow onion, diced
1 c. mushrooms, chopped up
1/4 c. egg white substitute
1 cup shredded carrots
1 dash salt
1 dash pepper
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. worcestershire sauce, reduced sodium
Directions:
1. Mix all together. Form into meatballs (about 2 diameter). Bake on cookie sheet for 40 minutes on 375.
2. 1 Serving = 4 meatballs which is ALOT!
