Low Carb meatball recipe
Ingredients:
1 small onion
1 1/2 lbs ground turkey
1/4 ounce pork rind
1 teaspoon whole grain mustard
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 egg
Directions:
1. Chop onion very fine. Crush pork rinds finely.
2. Mix all ingredients well but quickly.
3. Roll into golfball sized balls.
4. Place on tray and bake until golden brown at 350 degrees.
