Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey
1 cup cracker crumb
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
salt and pepper
1 tablespoon thousand island dressing
1/4 cup tomato ketchup
2 tablespoons thousand island dressing
1/2 cup salsa
Directions:
1. Mix loaf ingredients with your hands.
2. Press into a greased loaf pan.
3. Cover w/ topping.
4. Bake 350 degrees F 45 minutes.
