A spicy and filling meal using turkey breast to reduce calories.
Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey breast
1 small onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
3/4 tsp chili powder
16 ounce tomato sauce
2 cups macaroni
2 cups water
1 can tomato paste
Directions:
1. Brown ground turkey breast.
2. Add onion and green pepper and fry until tender.
3. Add remaining ingredients.
4. Cover and reduce heat.
5. Simmer 15-20 minutes until macaroni is tender.
