An easy new turkey glaze with the fresh flavor of Chamomile and the familiar flavor of sage developed in my kitchen with one of my favorite teas
Ingredients:
16 -18 lbs fresh turkey
elmstock chamomile tea bag
1 cup honey
2 tablespoons canola oil or 2 tablespoons butter

1/4 cup butter
1 tablespoon chopped fresh sage
Directions:

5. Place turkey in roasting pan.
6. Rub turkey with salt, pepper, and sage.
7. Cover with foil and refrigerate for an hour at least.
8. Brew one chamomile tea bag in 1/2 cup hot water for 5 minutes.
9. In a small pot mix honey, oil or butter and chopped sage contents of the other tea bag together over a low flame.
10. Brush mixture all over the turkey.
11. Sprinkle fresh pepper over turkey.
12. Place turkey bacon in strips over the turkey.

14. Reduce heat to 350 for 1 hour.
15. Pour 1/2 cup of chamomile tea over turkey.
16. Roast for another hour and a half.
17. Transfer turkey onto your serving platter.
18. Cover loosely with foil and leave for 1/2 hour before serving.
