Nice summer salad
Ingredients:
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups cooked turkey, chopped
2 carrots, shredded
1 apple, shredded
1 pear, diced
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup pecans
Directions:
1. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, brown sugar and cinnamon.
2. Combine with rest of ingredients and chill.
3. Serve with on lettuce leaves, if desired.
