Turkey Divan

A great way to use some leftover turkey.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
2 tablespoons dry white wine
1/2 cup heavy cream
20 ounces frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
6 slices turkey breast, cooked
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. Heat margarine in a 1-quart saucepan over medium heat until melted.
2. Stir in flour and nutmeg.
3. Cook, stirring constantly, until smooth and bubbly; remove from heat.
4. Stir in broth.
5. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
6. Boil and stir 1 minute; remove from heat.
7. Stir in 1/2 cup cheese and the wine.
8. Beat whipping cream in chilled bowl until stiff.
9. Fold cheese mixture into whipped cream.
10. Place hot broccoli in ungreased rectangular baking dish, 12x 7-1/2x2 inches.
11. Top with turkey.
12. Pour cheese sauce over turkey.
13. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese.
14. Set oven control to broil.
15. Broil with top 3 to 5 inches from heat until cheese is bubbly and light brown.
