  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine turkey or chicken, cream of chicken soup, celery, mayo, almonds, eggs, pimiento, and onion. Transfer to a 2-quart rectangular baking dish. Sprinkle w/ chow mein noodles.
  2. Bake in a 350 oven for abt 30 min or till heated through.
