Turkey Crunch Casserole

This is was a Thanksgiving leftover tradition at my house when growing up.
Ingredients:
3 cups turkey, diced and cooked (or chicken or ham)
2 cups hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms (optional)
3/4 cup celery, diced
3/4 cup walnuts
1 tablespoon onion, chopped
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup or 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can chicken soup
3/4 cup mayonnaise
chow mein noodles or crushed potato chip
Directions:
1. Mix turkey, eggs, mushrooms, celery, walnuts and onion.
2. Cream together soup and mayo, toss with the above ingredients.
3. Top with noodles or chips.
4. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
