Hearty low-cal chili con carne made with 99% fat-free ground turkey and black beans.
Ingredients:
20 oz. turkey, ground, 99% fat-free jennie-o
35 oz. tomatoes, crushed
15 1/2 oz. beans, black
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground pepper
1 tbsp. cumin
4 tbsp. chili powder
Directions:
1. Brown turkey in non-stick pot. Add chopped onion and garlic. Cover and cook until onions are translucent. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 30 minutes.
