Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey
1 cup finely chopped onion
1 cup chopped red bell pepper
2 tbs minced jalapeno pepper
1/2 tsp minced garlic
28 oz tomatos, crushed
15 oz black beans
15 oz kidney beans
1/2 cup corn
1/4 cup tomato paste
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions:
1. Brown ground turkey in a skillet.
2. Add onion, bell pepper, jalapeno pepper and garlic. Cook until vegetables are tender.
3. Transfer mixture to slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
4. Cover; cook on LOW 4 to 5 hours.
