Turkey, Cheese and Roasted Red Pepper Panini

Ingredients:
3 slices smoked turkey
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
1 -2 ounce havarti cheese (i used dill flavored)
1/2 roasted red pepper
3 fresh basil leaves
1 ciabatta roll
Directions:
1. preheat panini or george foreman grill.
2. spread mayo on one side of the roll and sprinkle with garlic.
3. on the other side layer cheese, roasted red pepper, basil and turkey.
4. top with the other side of the bun.
5. place on grill and grill until melted, pressing down to flatten it a little.
6. cut and serve!
