low fat casserole with great flavor...my family can't tell it is ground turkey instead of ground beef!
Ingredients:
4 medium potatoes, sliced
1 small onion, diced
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can carrots (drain)
1 (15 ounce) can peas (don't drain)
1 lb ground turkey (browned)
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can tomato soup
Directions:
1. Layer each ingredient in a 9 x 13 pan starting with the sliced potatoes then onion followed by the carrots, peas, then browned turkey and top with the can of tomato soup.
2. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
