Low fat ground turkey patties with veggies - yum!
Ingredients:
16 oz ground turkey
1 egg
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 onion, sauteed
1 zucchini
1 tsp dijon mustard
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
Directions:
1. Sautee finely chopped onion and zucchini until soft. Add to turkey, then add all ingredients but oil, plus salt and pepper to taste. Combine. Form into patties and fry in oil over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
