Moist and delicious Turkey Burgers
Ingredients:
1 1/4 pounds ground turkey
5 crackers, ritz whole wheat crackers, ground
1 tablespoon sweet onion, chopped
1 egg, lightly beaten
2 1/2 tsp parsley
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp season salt
3/20 tsp ground black pepper
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp soy sauce
1/4 cup wondra flour
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients, except flour Put a finger indent into center of each patty to keep from bulging. Lightly coat each patty with wondra flour. Form into 5 patties. Grill 5-6 minutes per side, turning only 1x.
