Moist burgers with capers for a little zip
Ingredients:
16 ounces turkey
1 egg white
8 tablespoons breadcrumbs
1 scallion
1 tablespoon capers
2 tablespoons onion
Directions:
1. Use 1/2 pound of ground turkey breast. Combine with other ingredients. Form into 4 patties. Broil, grill or pan sear.
2. To add fiber, substitute flaxseed meal for part of the breadcrumbs.
