Directions:

  1. Burgers:
  2. Combine turkey, green onions, thyme, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Shape into 4 burgers and grill, broil or pan-fry until thoroughly cooked. Place feta slices on top. Place burgers on buns and serve.
  3. Peaches:
  4. Preheat oven to 425 F.
  5. Place peach halves on baking sheet. Top each half with a slice of the cheese. Drizzle with maple syrup and top with walnuts. Bake about 10 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve immediately.
