Turkey Breast With Cilantro Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Spray bowl of crockpot with cooking spray.
  2. Place turkey breast in bottom of crockpot, top with onions, add cilantro sprigs and pour in broth; season with 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper, cover.
  3. Cook on HIGH for 3 hours or LOW for 5 hours.
  4. Remover turkey to a cutting board; tent with foil to keep warm.
  5. Strain liquid into a saucepan; discard solids.
  6. In a small jar, with a tight fitting cover, add cornstarch and 3 tablespoons of the liquid in the saucepan; shake to combine.
  7. Bring liquid in saucepan to a boil, over medium high heat; whisk in cornstarch mixture, continue cooking one minute (should thicken).
  8. Pour sauce into a serving bowl and stir in remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper, yogurt and chopped cilantro.
  9. Slice turkey and serve with sauce and side salad, if desired.
