Yummy, easy homemade breakfast sausage.
Ingredients:
2 lbs ground turkey
1 t rosemary
1 t fennel
1 t salt
2 t peppercorns
1/2 t crushed red pepper (to taste)
6 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons olive oil
Directions:
1. MIx the spices, salt, and garlic to a well combined.
2. Add oil and mix well.
3. Mix the spice mixture with the ground turkey.
4. Refrigerate overnight .
5. Make into patties, freeze on a cookie sheet then place in freezer bag.
