Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a 4 quart saucepan heat oil over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Add ground turkey cook until turkey is cooked through, 4 minutes.
  4. Add the fennel seed and milk.
  5. Cook for another 3 minutes.
  6. Add tomatoes, parsley, oregano and chicken broth.
  7. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Bring sauce to a boil.
  9. Reduce heat to low and simmer the sauce uncovered, stirring occasionally for 35 to 40 minutes.
