Ingredients:
2 cups carrots
2 cups celery
2 cups yellow onions
2 cups turkey
1 cup barley
1/2 cups parsley
6 cups water
2 cloves garlic
1 cup snow peas
Directions:
1. Boil the carcasse of turkey breast or small turkey for about one hour. Remove bones. Add all remaining ingredients (save barley) to pot and bring to boil; simmer until onions become translucent. About 3 hours. Add barley, simmer additional hour. Salt and pepper to taste
