Lower calorie meatballs made with lean ground turkey
Ingredients:
1 lb turkey, lean ground
1/2 cup 2% milk
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
2 tbl italian parsley, chopped
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

1. Mix together, form balls, place in pyrex pan , bake 30 min 350 degree oven, turning halfway thru
