A tasty, filling sandwich with lots of good stuff.
Ingredients:
1 slice sourdough bread
1/4 avocado, sliced
1 tbsp fat-free cream cheese
1/2 oz alfalfa sprouts
3 slices turkey breast
1/2 tsp curry powder
1 salt
1 pepper
Directions:
1. Spread cream cheese onto bread. Add turkey, sprouts and avocado to one half of the bread.
2. Add curry, salt and pepper to taste. Fold over and enjoy!
