Turkey Apple Patties

Ingredients:
1 whole(s) apple (shredded)
3/4 cup(s) apple juice
coconut cooking oil
1 pound(s) ground turkey
1/2 teaspoon(s) pepper
3/4 teaspoon(s) sage and salt
1 1/2 cup(s) sliced onions
2 slice(s) whole wheat bead (no crust)
Directions:
1. Mix ground turkey, bread, apple, sage, salt and pepper in a bowl. Make into four round patties.
2. Saute onions in coconut oil.
3. Cook patties for 2 1/2 minutes each side. Add Apple juice and caramelized onions. Cover patties and let simmer for 3-4 minutes.
