Turkey and Tofu Rice Wraps

These are quick and easy spring roll wraps that are great for travel.
Ingredients:
3 ounces turkey meat
3 ounces fried tofu (hawaiian style)
4 ounces arugula
3 tablespoons of toasted chopped almonds
3 tablespoons chinese chicken salad dressing
3 green onions, white part thinly sliced
6 rice paper
Directions:
1. Toss first 6 ingredients together. Wet the rice paper under running water and let set on ceramic plate for 5-8 seconds. Fill with turkey-tofu mixture and wrap like a burrito.
