This is a great protein packed lunch
Ingredients:
1/2 lb turkey breast, diced
4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 green apple, diced
1 stalk celery, diced
2 sweet pickles, diced
1 red onion, diced
1 cup light mayonnaise
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon celery salt
Directions:
1. Mix everything in a big bowl and chill. serve in pita pockets.
