Ingredients:
2 slices havarti cheese, thinly sliced
1/2 avocado, sliced thin
2 slices turkey breast
1/4 roma tomato, finely minced
2 tablespoons purple onions, finely minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
2 pieces crispbread, like wasa
salt (optional)
pepper (optional)
Directions:
1. Place 2 slices havarti cheese on 1 slice wasa crispbread.
2. Top with 2 slices turkey breast.
3. Top with minced roma tomatoes, onion, parsley,.
4. Add salt and/or pepper to taste.
5. Top with slice of wasa crispbread.
