These are good and fun. You could even make them after Thanksgiving by grinding the leftover turkey...
Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dried sage
2 tablespoons onions (grated)
1/4 cup cranberry sauce
1/4 teaspoon prepared horseradish (drained)
1 egg (beaten)
1 drop red food coloring (optional)
1 cup breadcrumbs
Directions:
1. Heat broiler.
2. Combine all.
3. Shape into 4 patties.
4. Broil 10 minutes, turning once.
