Ingredients:
4 hot dogs (long, skinny ones)
4 flour tortillas (or sandwich wraps)
1 onion, sliced (or roasted onion flakes.)
1 tomato
iceberg lettuce, sliced (or torn)
mustard
ketchup
butter (for frying)
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2/3 cup sweet cucumber relish
5 tablespoons creme fraiche
5 tablespoons mayonnaise
400 g shrimp, cooked and hand peeled
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
2 teaspoons ketchup
2 teaspoons paprika
2 1/4 lbs potatoes
3/4 cup milk
1 ounce butter
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon caster sugar
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Directions:
1. Mix together the mayonnaise dressing or the shrimp dressing.
2. Boil the potatoes until tender. Mash, mixing in the other ingredients for the mashed potatoes.
3. Fry the hotdogs in the butter.
4. To assemble: Put two spoons of the mashed potatoes on tortilla. Add shrimp salad or the mayonnaise dressing, as well as lettuce and onions. Top with a hot dog, ketchup and mustard. Roll it together.
