Tuna Waldorf Salad With Pear In English

Healthy, high protein, easy to make recipe. I prefer to make this salad with pear and raw nuts, it gives it full fruity taste. The recipe was adapted from Oxygen May'09 magazine.
Ingredients:
1 can (5oz) white tuna in water
1/4 large pear (or apple)
1/4 cup (1oz) chopped walnuts, raw (toasted if you prefer)
1/4 cup red onion, diced
2 tbsp. low fat mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 lettuce leaves - for serving
Directions:
1. Drain the tuna.
2. Chop onion an walnuts, cut pear in cubes.
3. Mix mayo and lemon juice.
4. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix all together.
5. Chill the salad before serving. Serve on a lettuce leaf.
