Tuna Vegetable Salad

From Easy Everyday Low Carb
Ingredients:
1 cup celery, chopped (and or or cucumber)
1/2 cup shredded carrot
2 teaspoons green onions, sliced
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 teaspoons snipped fresh dill
1/2 teaspoon finely shredded lemon peel
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 (6 1/2 ounce) can tuna, drained and broken up
4 medium tomatoes, sliced
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, combine all of the vegetables. Add the mayo, dill, lemon peel, garlic powder and pepper.
2. Fold in tuna. Cover and chill for at least an hour.
3. To serve, divide sliced tomatoes amond salad plates. Spoon tuna mixture over.
