This spread for sandwiches or crackers calls for cooked mashed carrots and green olives.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup tuna, drained and flaked
1/3 cup carrot, cooked and mashed
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons stuffed green olives, chopped
1/8 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a container with a lid.
2. Seal and chill for one of two hours.
