Cute lunch box idea for Halloween that your little ghouls and gobblins will just love! You can use any sandwich filling if your child does not like tuna fish. You will need a ghost cookie cutter.
Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) can solid white tuna fish, packed in water
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 celery, finely diced
14 slices white bread
14 raisins
Directions:
1. Drain water from tuna and place in small mixing bowl; break the tuna into small pieces with a fork. Mix in the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and celery.
2. Cut the bread slices with a cookie cutter into the shape of a ghost. Spread 7 slices with the tuna mixture and cover each with a second slice of bread.
3. Use the raisins to make eyes and mouths for each ghost. You can glue them with cream cheese if necessary.
