Tuna Seashell Pasta Salad

Delicious and easy Tuna salad that is a great luncheon or light supper entree. You can also add any colorful vegetables you like. Serve on Romaine lettuce.
Ingredients:
1 pkg. (12 oz.) seashell macaroni
1 pkg. (8 oz.) frozen peas, thawed and drained
2 cans (6 1/2 oz.) albacore tuna, drained and flaked
1 c. cheddar cheese, diced
2 stalks celery, diced
1 med. green pepper, diced
1 med orange pepper, diced
1 small white onion, chopped
1 small jar sliced pimentos, drained (optional)
1/2 c. sweet pickles, chopped
1 c. hellman's mayonaise
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp dill weed
salt & pepper to taste
romaine lettuce
Directions:
1. Cook macaroni as directed. (No salt.)
2. Rinse in cold water.
3. Mix your dressing, using the mayo, sweet pickles,dry mustard and dill weed.
4. Combine the pasta, tuna and vegetables.
5. Pour dressing over salad, mix gently.
6. Chill for about two hours.
7. Fill long romaine lettuce leaves with pasta (looks like a boat)
8. Salt and pepper to guests taste.
