Tuna Salad - Refreshing and Special

tuna with diced apple and grapes
Ingredients:
2 (7 ounce) cans chunk light tuna in vegetable oil, drained
2 apples, seeded and diced
2 cups grapes, halved
1/2 onion, finely chopped
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
Directions:
1. blend and chill in the refrigerator - very cooling on a hot summer day!
2. 2 cans of tuna serves 4 people; add the rest to taste.
3. add more mayo to bind - or apple juice, to moisten, if desired.
