Flavorful, easy and low fat! I put these on toasted wheat buns with a tsp of light mayo. So good!
Ingredients:
2 (6 ounce) cans tuna in water
4 tablespoons quick-cooking oats
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 egg whites
1/2 teaspoon dill weed
2 teaspoons olive oil
Directions:
1. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Mix all ingredients together except olive oil. Form into 4 patties. Fry in oil until browned on each side. About 3 minutes per side.
