Can be served as is, or in a Bun with fixings. Salmon can be used instead of Tuna.
Ingredients:
2 cans tuna
1 egg
1 tablespoon milk
2 tablespoons melted butter
garlic salt
season salt
15 crushed crackers
5 dashes tabasco sauce
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients.
2. Form patties.
3. Coat lightly with Flour.
4. Fry in Vegtable Oil.
