This is a great spread for a party..I make it every New Years Eve Ingredients:
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese,softened |
2 tbsp chili sauce |
2 tbsp chopped parsley |
1 tsp instant minced onion |
1/2 to 1 tsp tabasco sauce |
2 7 oz cans tuna packed in water, drained( preferably solid white) |
Directions:
1. Blend cream cheese, chili sauce, parsley, onion and tabasco
2. Gradually stir in tuna and mix until well blended
3. pack in greased 4 cup mold or small bowl
4. Chill at least 3 hours
5. At serving time unmold on serving plate and surround with assorted crackers
