Tuna Pasta Salad A' L'oriental

A hot-weather favorite around here-perfect for a light lunch with a bunch of grapes! To fancy it up a bit, use leftover seared ahi tuna.
Ingredients:
1 cup curly pasta
1 cup tuna, lightly broken up with fork
1 cup snow peas, chopped into 1-inch pieces or 1 cup frozen green pea
1/2 cup green onion, chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons sherry wine
1 teaspoon gingerroot, grated
fresh ground black pepper
chopped cashews or peanuts, for topping
Directions:
1. Cook pasta in boiling water until al dente; drain, cool.
2. Mix remaining ingredients and toss with pasta. Let chill for 1 hour in fridge.
3. Top with chopped cashews or peanuts just before serving.
