An easy and delicious omelette
Ingredients:
1 egg
1/2 tuna can
1/4 onion
salt
olive oil
pepper
(ingredients per person)
Directions:
1. Beat the egg with the salt and add the tuna
2. Cut the onion in small pieces and fry them in olive oil
3. Add the onion to the mix
4. Add a pinch of pepper
5. Heat oil in a small frying pan (the size of the pan depends on the servings) and add the mix
6. Cook the omelette, turning it when it's necessary
