Another oldie but goodie recipes from 1965
Ingredients:
2 cups shoestring potatoes (save 1/2 cup for topping)
1 can mushroom soup
1 can tuna - drained
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 can mushrooms - drained
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese ( reserve 1/2 cup for the top
Directions:
1. Stir the whole mess together and throw potatoes and remaining cheese on top in casserole
2. dish. Bake for 25 minutes.
