Tuna Fish Flan

I've had this recipe for years i dont no where I got it from. Serve hot or cold.
Ingredients:
200 g tuna in brine, drained
100 g potato chips, crushed
175 g cheddar cheese, grated
1 large onion, finely chopped
50 g mushrooms, finely chopped
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 pint milk
1 teaspoon chopped parsley (to garnish)
Directions:
1. Mix tuna and crisps in a large bowl.
2. Add cheese, onion and mushrooms mixing well.
3. Stir in the eggs and milk again mix well.
4. Spoon the mixture into a 10 flan dish (no need to grease).
5. Bake in a pre-heated oven 180 for 30-40 mins until set.
6. Sprinkle with parsley and enjoy.
