My husband luv them .Children have them w/ tomato sauce.
Ingredients:
tuna - 1tin
oil for salute
mustard seeds -1 tsp
chopped onion -1
chopped ginger - 1tbs
curry leaves / chopped coriander leaves - as you desire
pepper powder - 1tsp
garam masala - 1tsp
turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
boiled & smashed potato - 1
salt to taste
egg white -1
breadcrumbs - 1cup
oil for deep frying
Directions:
1. Salute chopped onion & ginger after cracking the mustard seeds.
2. Add to it curry leaves . pepper powder . turmeric powder & garam masala & mix well with the smashed potato .
3. Make balls , shape them into smooth round / oval .
4. Dip them in egg white & breadcrumbs ,then pat them .
5. Deep fry them in batches , do not overcrowd them while frying .
6. Enjoy it hot with tomato sauce.
