This is a recipe from the daycare centre I went to as a child. Incredibly easy, quick, and healthy. What more can you ask for?
Ingredients:
4 small whole wheat buns, cut in half
14 ounces tuna, drained
3 tablespoons celery, chopped
3 tablespoons green onions, chopped
salt & pepper
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
Directions:
1. Mix tuna, celery, green onions, and seasoning.
2. Divide onto buns; cover with cheese.
3. Bake 15 minutes and 375°F.
