Tuna Chickpea Salad

Had this at a friends party and everyone loved it, a good tuna like albacore you will not get a real fishy flavor. All flavors blend nicely together
Ingredients:
3 cans of drained chickpea or white kidney beans
3 can albacore tuna in water (6 oz) drained
1 large tomato chopped or 20 cherry tomatoes halved
1 bunch of scallions, chopped
sundried tomatoes slivered to taste (optional)
2 tbsp capers drained (optional)
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
salt & pepper to taste
parmesan cheese sprinkled on top
cook pasta (spagetti, elbow, or whatever one you prefer)(an 8 oz to 12 oz box)
drain and mix in with salad.
Directions:
1. Mix all to well blended.
2. Best served at room temperature
3. Serve with toasted bread
