low fat tuna casserole with egg noodles
6 oz uncooked all wheat egg nooddle
2 cup frozen peas
2 cup 1% milk
2 tbsp enriched flour
255 g light tuna in water
1/4 tsp onion powder
1 dash pepper
1. cook no yolk whole wheat egg noodle-reserve
2. mix flour with water from canned tuna
3. add milk
4. cook 2 min in microwave at high
5. add onion powder and pepper
6. cook another minute
7. add peas and tuna
8. cook for 3 min
9. mix in the noodles and serve
