WW Healthy tuna casserole
Ingredients:
16 oz cauliflower ( frozen or if wish can use fresh)
1 can tuna in water (drained, packed in water)
1 cup frozen peas (or canned)
1 tbs minced onions (or dried)
2 tbs tomato juice
1 salt and pepper to taste
1 cup mushrooms (drained)
Directions:
1. Cook cauliflower till fairly soft as it is to be mashed
2. Drain cauliflower and roughly mash it
3. Add all other ingredients
4. Put into baking dish sprayed with cooking spray
5. Bake in oven at 350°F for 20 minutes
