My mom made this and I don't know where she got it from but it's all from memory. Its pretty easy to make, the longest part of the prep is cooking the pasta. Campbell's cheddar soup is the best and lower sodium content soups don't change the flavor. I have also used canned chicken which also tastes great with the recipe. My sister has also used other cream soups like cream of broccoli and cream of celery which give it a different flavor, but I prefer cream of mushroom.
Ingredients:
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cheddar cheese soup
1 (6 ounce) can tuna, drained
0.5 (16 ounce) box elbow macaroni, cooked and strained
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup margarine, melted
1 cup frozen peas
1 tablespoon caraway seed
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl until mixed well.
3. Put all ingredients in an uncovered 9inX9in casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until brown around the edges.
